Chloe began her career in November 2021 here in reception. Her cheerful personality and strong work ethic made her a standout in reception, which saw Chloe promoted into our property management team in June 2022. Having now completed her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Chloe is a very capable member of our team. She thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in excellent communication with both property owners and tenants. You’ll find that Chloe is proactive and likes to solve problems before they occur; making property ownership as seamless and worry-free as possible for her property owners.
Chloe is a passionate netballer and plays for the Shepparton Swans. On the weekends you’ll find her on the court, supporting local footy, or working on one of her many side hustles.
I wanted to let the office and management know that not only has Darren Scott been extremely professional in all facets of the sale of our property he has also left a very positive mark on our purchasers who gave Darren a (13 out on 10 score) for his management of their property purchase, I believe that because of Darren's professional conduct keeping the communications between me and my husband and the prospective buyers, that has led to the couple who purchased our property and ourselves becoming very good friends and intend to keep in touch with each other during the progress of our new projects.
