  We had the pleasure of dealing with a very down-to-earth go extra-mile type of chap named Simon Quarrell. Simon has been nothing but excellent to deal with. Very much a local boy with genuine local knowledge. We were unable to travel back to Victoria to take care of business and Simon was like having a good mate on the ground who was in the know helping us out. An absolute stand-up guy.
